They are custom designed-manufactured to me required sound attenuation, explosion, vaccum or to be just a well functioning large size door.

 

Independant laboratory acoustic performance test reports are available.  

 

Shown here on the right, is a personnel door and a 25 foot high equipment door, with Sound Transmission Class STC-65, vacuum seal and explosion resitance. It has a dimensional tolerance of 1/16".
